With over 20 years of experience in wellness, Jillian Means graduated with a BS in Community Health she is trained in NETA-CGEI, HIIT it with Yoga, Pilates Anatomy, Yoga Foundations, Silver & Fit Signature Series Classes Certified Instructor, A.E.A. (Aquatic Exercise Association) Arthritis Foundation's Aquatic Leader, Blooma's Prenatal Teachers Training Level 1, American Red Cross CPR and First Aid Certified.
